Consignor Agreement 2024

Pricing: Overkill Thrift & Consign has full authority to determine the pricing of all items including any further markdowns during the period of sale. The Consignor will receive 40% of the sale price of all consigned items.

Consignment and Donation: All items are consigned for sixty (60) days after tagging. The Consignor must make arrangements to reclaim any unsold items at any point during the period, and up to 5 days afterwards. Unsold items not picked up five (5) business days after the consignment period will become the sole property of Overkill Thrift & Consign and may be donated.

Payout Policy: Consignor’s portion of sale will be added to their balance immediately upon sale of the item. Payout to the Consignor will be issued via check, Venmo or Zelle on the 15th of every month when the Consignor Balance is over $10.00. Overkill Thrift & Consign must be notified of changes to payout details at least 3 business days before the Payout date.

Condition of Items: Items should be clean and free of any stains, holes or smells. Acceptance of items for consignment is at the total discretion of Overkill Thrift & Consign. The Consignor guarantees that all items consigned to Overkill Thrift & Consign for sale are lawfully and entirely owned by the Consignor.

Limitation of Liability: Overkill Thrift & Consign will take diligent care of the consigned pieces to the best of its ability; however, Overkill Thrift & Consign is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of any consigned items.

Inactive Account: After eighteen (18) consecutive months of inactivity on the Consignor's account, Consignor will forfeit any unclaimed Consignor Balance, and Overkill Thrift & Consign will be under no obligation to issue payment.
